Only basic personal details required to process your order are collected. Your name, address, email address or any other information will not be released to any outside party. Faye will not trade, sell, resell, or redistribute information that you provide to any companies, organisations or individuals. Faye’s policy is to keep all personal information completely confidential and solely for internal purposes. No credit/debit cards details are stored.

If you are unhappy with any purchase, please email: frbaines@hotmail.co.uk and Faye will arrange a refund and help process the return. Please let her know within 7 days of receiving the item, if you would like a refund or if the goods are damaged or faulty. Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified damaged goods claims. All refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the claim. Refunds will be made using the same method as original payment. Every effort has been made to ensure descriptions, photographs and specifications of products are correct.

Where possible all items are packaged in eco-friendly packaging and to maintain the integrity of the work. Please allow 7 days from the point of order to dispatch for printed items. Commissions have individual dispatch timescales and will be discussed at the ordering stage. If your order is urgent please email frbaines@hotmail.co.uk likewise for international shipping enquiries.

All deliveries outside the UK may be subject to local imports and duties and may be affected by customs and excise delays. Please note that Faye Baines can not be liable for any import duties and taxes that may be imposed.
